Call for Editors

To enhance the quality of the IJDS, we are seeking scholars interested in serving us as volunteer editorial board members. If you are interested, please submit your CV by using the below form. We will respond to your inquiry shortly. With your constant support and initiative, IJDS is bound to grow into a top-ranking international journal.

Benefits and privileges

The editor's name and affiliation will be listed in the journal's website and each member will have a professional web page including his/her photo, information and a contact form.

The members will have right to name the editorial board membership of IJDS as one of their affiliations and professional activities.
The members will be given preference in order to publish their manuscripts in the journal with a shorter peer review process.
The members can become nominated for the “Editor’s Award”, which recognizes the outstanding support and crucial role played by the editors in assuring the quality of the journal.
The members will be eligible for receiving other possible awards, presents, gifts and promotional offers from ISDS society.

Requirements

The applicants must be ISDS Society members (membership is free of charge).

The applicants must be affiliated to a research institute and have good experiences in his/her specific research filed.
The applicants must be able to allocate time for reviewing at least 4 papers each year.
The applicants might be asked to review some papers for IJDS before formally joining the editorial board.

Duties of the editors

Review some papers in your research interests within the specified deadline.
Recommend some conferences to get cooperated with IJDS (if applicable).
Propagate the information of IJDS to your colleagues, students, and friends.

I understand that timely reviewing of the papers is an important editorial policy of IJDS and I will send the review reports to the journal within 10 working days.
